Every mount ships with a leveling guide, premium drywall anchors, and a torque-marked hex key. Most wall mounts install in under 15 minutes with no additional tools. Full step-by-step guides for each model are included in the box and available as a PDF on request.

What's covered under warranty? add

All Apex Mount hardware carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This covers the mounting bracket and hardware itself, not damage from improper installation or wall conditions outside the rated load spec.

Can I return or exchange a mount? add

How do I clean my mount? add

Wipe anodized aluminum and steel finishes with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents — they can dull the matte coating. For titanium components, a lightly damp cloth is fine.
